CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We take children's privacy very seriously. Our Terms & Conditions only allow our Services to be accessed by persons eighteen (18) years of age or older. Due to the age restrictions applicable to our Services, none of the information obtained by us falls within the scope of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In order to serve our customers, we collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, when such information is voluntarily submitted by our visitors.

Through the MMS DocAssist mobile application, we collect the following additional categories of personal and financial information in connection with mortgage loan processing:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and government-issued identification numbers, including Social Security Number (SSN)

• Contact information, including home address, phone number, and email address

• Financial information, including income, employment history, assets, liabilities, and credit-related data

• Property information, including property address, purchase price, loan details, and transaction type

• Uploaded documents, including pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, identification documents, lease agreements, insurance declarations, and other mortgage-related materials

• Device information, including device type, operating system version, and general app usage data

Social Security Numbers and other sensitive identifiers are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and are never stored in local device storage.

We will only use your personal information for the following purposes:

(1) To deliver the products and/or services to you that you have requested;

(2) To process and facilitate your mortgage loan application;

(3) To validate your compliance with our terms and conditions;

(4) For content improvement and feedback purposes; and

(5) To reach you, when necessary, regarding your use of our Services or your loan application.

We may disclose personally identifiable information collected if we have received your permission beforehand (such as to fulfill a third-party order) or in very special circumstances, such as when we believe that such disclosure is required by law.

We may also periodically conduct surveys of our subscribers and customers so we can improve the products and services we provide.

We may use aggregated and non-identifying information for various purposes, such as to tailor our communications, find suitable partners, improve our business, and develop our services.

By permitting us to collect this information, you will be able to receive information on products and services that may be of interest to you. You also enable us to personalize your experience so that we can provide you with the highest quality of service.

USE OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Personal and financial information collected through the MMS DocAssist App is used solely for the purpose of processing your mortgage loan application and facilitating communication between you and your Michigan Mortgage Solutions loan officer.

We do not sell, rent, share, or use your personal or financial information for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your mortgage transaction. We do not use your financial data to make automated decisions affecting your loan eligibility independent of human review by a licensed loan officer.

EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

By submitting your email address on our Services, you agree to receive email from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option included in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS AND A2P 10DLC COMPLIANCE

Michigan Mortgage Solutions sends SMS and MMS text messages to customers and prospects who have provided express written consent to receive such communications. Our SMS program is registered under the A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC framework as required by U.S. wireless carriers.

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in — whether through a web form, the MMS DocAssist App, a verbal agreement recorded in writing, or another documented consent mechanism — you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS/MMS text messages from Michigan Mortgage Solutions at the mobile number provided, including but not limited to:

• Loan application status updates

• Document request notifications

• Appointment reminders

• Rate and program information you have requested

• Follow-up communications related to your mortgage inquiry

Message frequency varies based on the status of your loan application and your communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further SMS messages from us, unless you re-initiate contact or re-consent.

Important: Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Michigan Mortgage Solutions.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver the communications described above.

In addition, by submitting your telephone contact information on our Services and/or registering to receive our products and/or services, such act constitutes a purchase, an inquiry, and/or an application for the purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (ATSR), 16 CFR §310 et seq., and any applicable state and local "do not call" regulations. We retain the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the ATSR and applicable state regulations.

DATA RETENTION AND YOUR RIGHT TO DELETION

Information submitted through our Services is retained for the duration required by applicable federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including but not limited to the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and applicable Michigan state law. Retention periods generally range from three (3) to seven (7) years depending on the nature of the information and the regulatory requirement.

Please note that certain data may be required to be retained by law or for the completion of your loan transaction and cannot be deleted upon request in those circumstances. We will notify you if a deletion request cannot be fully honored and explain the reason.

THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS

We do not control and are not liable for the actions of any third parties whom we may promote or work with. We pride ourselves on working with quality partners, but have no control over the actions of those third parties. You should feel free to give us feedback from time to time on your experiences with any third parties so that we may enhance our future service to all customers.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may share your information with the following categories of third-party service providers solely to facilitate mortgage processing and the operation of our Services:

• Cloud infrastructure and data storage providers

• Mortgage rate data providers

• Document management and secure file storage services

• Loan origination and mortgage processing software providers

• Customer relationship management (CRM) platforms

• Communication and marketing platforms (for opt-in communications only)

All third-party service providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to Michigan Mortgage Solutions. We do not authorize any third-party service provider to sell your personal or financial information.

We may disclose personally identifiable information if we have received your prior permission or in special circumstances, such as when we believe disclosure is required by law.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

Our Services may direct you to websites owned and/or controlled by third parties. We have no control over those third parties and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

COOKIES

We may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests. Cookies are text files used by your browser to store preferences and enable us to enhance your experience with our Services. IP ADDRESSES

We may use your IP address to help prevent fraud, diagnose problems with our servers, gather broad demographic information, and offer you relevant products and services.

COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY

All information collected from you is stored in a technically and physically secure environment. We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect sensitive information in transit, and we take reasonable measures to protect user information at rest.

The MMS DocAssist App employs AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, including Social Security Numbers. Sensitive identifiers are never stored in local device storage. All data transmission between the App and our servers uses TLS encryption. Access to your information is restricted to authorized Michigan Mortgage Solutions personnel directly involved in the processing of your loan application.

Unfortunately, no transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

MOBILE APPLICATION — ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES

The following disclosures apply specifically to the MMS DocAssist mobile application and are provided in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.

Data Types Collected by the App

The App collects and uses the following categories of data:

Contact Information — Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
Financial Information — Income, employment history, assets, debts, and mortgage-related financial data
Sensitive Information — Social Security Number and government-issued identification numbers
User Content — Documents uploaded by the user including pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns, and identification
Device Information — Device type, operating system version, and app usage patterns

Purpose of Data Collection

All data collected through the App is used exclusively to:

(1) Process your mortgage loan application

(2) Facilitate secure communication between you and your loan officer

(3) Verify your identity and the accuracy of information you provide

(4) Comply with applicable federal and state mortgage lending regulations

Data Sharing

Data collected through the App is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. It is shared only with service providers necessary to process your mortgage application, as described in the Third-Party Service Providers section above.

Data Linked to You

The following data collected through the App may be linked to your identity: contact information, financial information, sensitive identifiers, and uploaded documents.

Data Not Used to Track You

We do not use data collected through the App to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising purposes.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

• Request a copy of your personal information

• Request correction of inaccurate personal information
